I am a professional/career nanny with 8 years paid nanny experience - and 15 years working with children as a babysitter. I have experience with infants through school age children. I have an associate's degree and I am currently working on a bachelor's degree in Child Development. I love what the child loves. I find that it is important to follow a child's lead with activities and play - unless structure and routine are needed then I am able to apply structure and routine. Ultimately, it is my job to scaffold on the child's interests and to guide and support them through their development as a nanny.
