Hello! My name is Ali Voss and I am working on finishing up my Early Childhood Education undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota! Eventually I hope to continue on to grad school for Speech Language Pathology to be a Speech Therapist in an early childhood setting. I spent the last 1.5 years doing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children and adults with autism, which I think greatly impacted my caregiving abilities for the better. In addition, I spent a summer as a float teacher at a daycare in my hometown of Oshkosh, WI, and was previously an after school teacher at Marcy Open Elementary School for the 2018-19 school year. I have always loved working with kids, and feel that I work well with them because of my own personality.
