I recently worked as a Lead Teacher in a toddler Montessori classroom, where the focus is allowing the children to be individuals and let them focus on their strengths and interests. Our other focus was grace and courtesy and having a care for the environment that you are in. I worked in this position for 2 years. Previous to this job I worked as a special education para and I learned so much with that job also. I grew up in a big family as the oldest child and cousin, and it started my love for taking care of others. Its never an issue to babysit or help out. I am currently PCA certified and have also been through some lectures and work opportunities for different child development topics.
