I am very involved in the nanny community locally and nationally. I am the Onboarding Specialist and Community Director for CincyNanny, an agency in Cincinnati. Together, with my fellow local nannies I founded the Twin Cities Nanny Education Collective. I am the ambassador for the Minnesota Chapter of the International Nanny Association. I attend the International Nanny Association annual conference and Nannypalooza, as well as local nanny training events. They are a time of education but also connection and community.
