I’m a creative person and an empathetic caregiver! I come from a big extended family where I’m one of the eldest, and have always striven to lead by example. I have a background in child psychology and development, and have had specialized child crisis care training through the National Runaway Safeline. I consider myself gifted at noticing things other people may not necessarily see in themselves, and I am skilled at uplifting kids, not just directing them. I have worked with youth primarily in teaching artist settings and I love to engage with kids in their art forms of choice or help them discover something artistic or crafty for the first time!
