Emma Rosa’s Bio
Hello! My name is Rosa (I go by my middle name) & I have over 20 years of personal & professional experience working with children.
Since February of this year, I've been a nanny to an almost 2 year old girl and her little sister, who is currently 4 months old. Due to increased work and travel demands, their parents have decided to hire a full-time au pair, so I will only be working with them for a few more weeks.
Previous to my most recent nanny position, I was SAHM to my daughter, born in November of 2013, for 2 years. She began daycare a few months ago so that I could nanny and take classes again.
From 2/2012 to 11/2013, I was a nanny for a little girl, from age 3 months to 2 years. She has a rare, genetic respiratory disorder so I have experience working with children with medical needs.
I also have a degree in social work and worked in children's mental health for 11 years. I'm currently taking nursing prerequisite courses (part-time) & plan to eventually work as a pediatric R. N.
I'm available to nanny up to 20 hours a over 2-3 days per week, starting as early as June 27th. My references will be available once we get a little more acquainted. Overall, I'll work with you to provide an safe, educational, nurturing, and of course fun environment for your kid(s)!
