In my full time job as a photographer, my clients have nicknamed me “the baby whisperer.” I think it’s hilarious and probably gives me a little too much credit, BUT I do have a lot of experience with babies and I am generally very good with them. I worked as an infant teacher at a daycare center in Fergus Falls before moving up to Moorhead. I also nannied twin boys short term, until they were about 5 months old. My professional experience has been primarily with newborn-12months, but of course I have cared for children toddler, preschool, and elementary aged as well. I have gone through pediatric first aid and CPR training, as well as other infant-specific trainings such as sudden unexpected infant death syndrome & abusive head trauma. I’ve also completed several hours of training with the National Association for the Education of Young Children. I’m also a Certified Read more Nursing Assistant.
