I began working in child care in 1997, right after I graduated high school. I am currently employed at a child care facility, but I am looking to make a move to more personalized, in home care. At my current job I care for children ages 3 months to 12 years old. However, most of the children are ages 2 to 6 years old. In addition to my professional experience, I helped raise my niece from a newborn until she was 2 1/2 years old. I am comfortable with all aspects of feeding, changing, bathing, and clothing. I enjoy going waking and would have no problem taking the little one(s) walking with me. In addition, I do enjoy playing with children and reading to them. Along with child care, I am more than happy to provide some light house cleaning for the family. I am CPR and First Aid certified, Read more as well.
