I started working in the childcare field about 6 months ago and I really enjoy it. Previously I went to school for my culinary associates, but after working in the industry as a kitchen manager I came to find that the job was not fulfilling. I am now a teachers assistant in a Pre-K classroom at a learning center in and every day I wake up excited to go to work. I get to help these kids learn about, discover, and understand the world during the time in their lives where they are absorbing . They make my day everyday with some funny story about how their grandpa saw Bigfoot or when they write their name on their own for the first time.
