Hi families! I’m Val 😊 I’m a 27-year-old experienced nanny based in University City, currently looking for occasional or recurring babysitting. I have experience with multiple children of different ages, and I also worked as an Au Pair, which gave me valuable hands-on experience with daily routines, structure, and building strong bonds with kids. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, fully vaccinated, and bilingual (Spanish & English). I’m also very active (I was a national swimmer for 6 years), so I love keeping kids engaged through play, outdoor activities, and a healthy routine. Non-smoker, pet-friendly, and no allergies. Feel free to reach out! I’d love to connect and learn more about your family’s needs!

I'm a childcare provider with a deep passion for nurturing children's growth and development. My patient and creative nature allows me to engage children with educational and imaginative activities, making their time in my care enjoyable and stimulating. With 4 years of daycare experience, CPR certification, Safe Sleep certification and 11 hours of Early Child Development coursework, I'm well-equipped to handle up to 4 children of various ages (0-11). I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and using their preferred method of contact. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. From outdoor games to board games and puzzles, I love participating in a variety of activities that promote learning and fun. I'm also willing to assist with light housekeeping. In addition to children, I also have a love for animals and have two dogs of my own. I would love to help with your family's childcare needs.

Claire was an extremely professional young lady who always came prepared with activities every day for her and my daughter to do together. She was extremely close with my daughter and tailored their activities to what my kid liked to do, whether it be painting or color, arts and crafts etc. You will not go wrong with hiring Claire as a babysitter; she became family to us, and she did a lot more than any hired babysitter might do: she truly loved our daughter. Claire took great care in nurturing her young mind, and went out of her way to make our daughter feel special. She was our babysitter for roughly two years until we moved away. You will not find a better or more nurturing person to care for your children.

I am 34 years old. I have cumulatively about 10 years of nannying/babysitting experience. In highschool at the age of 16, I babysat and took care of my baby and toddler cousin on a part-time basis. In college, I was an after-school nanny caring for a 6-year old and driving/taking her to activities. I had a full-time position caring for a 10-month and homeschooling a 4-year old. I have worked with special needs children. I have managed a household. I have worked with several twin toddler families on an as-needed basis. I have done overnight care for an infant. I have watched as many as 5 children at once. I have professional teaching and tutoring experience. I play tennis and violin. I promote enriching activities for children. I'm sort of a germaphobe so I am very good about being clean and keeping things clean! I am a non-smoker. I do have a college degree. I will care for your children as if they were my own.

I am a trusted caregiver, whom has cared for many children. I provide a fun, creative environment for your child to enjoy his/her day.I love to teach, and feel it is important to always lead by example, Children look to adults for examples of kindness, sharing and positive behavior. I really have a great time caring for children of all ages. I am aware of their stages of development, and get the biggest kick out of seeing the excitement on their face when the accomplish something new. I cook as organically as possible, and currently cook for a child with food allergies. Most importantly, I understand the importance of communication between myself and you as a parent, I am a big note taker, and I will keep you informed on your children's day. I think it is important to keep your home neat and tidy. Thank-You. Lynne

Lynne has been SO helpful for us. She always arrives a few minutes early to go over things for the day before I leave. She always leaves me notes from what went on that day, activities they did, how many poops he had, etc. My son is happy when I get home- so he must like her! I'm a new mom and she always has good tips to share with me too! She always picks up after herself, my son, and even helps me get the kitchen in order!

Carolina was exceptional! My family was visiting STL from out of state so hiring a babysitter was a scary thought. I read through Carolina’s reviews about how wonderful she was, and that paired with her au pair experience put my mind at ease. She was easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and immediately went to work making a playful connection with my toddler. She sent photos throughout the evening and my girls loved her. I would absolutely recommend Carolina, she is warm and nurturing, jumps right into action with the kiddos. Hire her!

Merritt was a fantastic baby sitter for our 2 kids! She was incredibly responsible, organized and accommodating to our 1 and 9 year old. The kids gravitated towards her immediately! She was very caring and engaging; the kids loved their time with her. Playing, feeding and night time routines-she did it all. With her depth of childcare experience we always knew our kids were safe and secure in her hands.

Hi! My name is Emma, and I’m 19 years old. I’m currently in college and plan to take Child Development classes as I work toward becoming a preschool teacher. Caring for children has always been something I’m passionate about, and I love helping them learn, grow, and feel safe. I have over 4 years of babysitting experience and am a certified nanny. I’m also certified in American Red Cross Adult & Infant CPR, First Aid, and AED, so your child’s safety is always my top priority. My training has prepared me to stay calm, attentive, and act quickly in any situation. As the oldest of four siblings, caring for children has always been second nature to me. I currently live with and help care for my 2-year-old cousin and my 3-month-old baby cousin (who’s actually the little one in my profile picture!). This has given me daily, hands-on experience with both toddlers and infants. I’m comfortable caring for multiple children, changing diapers, preparing bottles and meals, maintaining routines, helping with homework, and creating fun, educational, age-appropriate activities. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and structured environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn. I strive to give parents complete peace of mind by being dependable, patient, attentive, and treating every child in my care like family. I look forward to connecting with your family and hope to become someone you can trust with your little ones!

Hi, I’m Katie! I graduated from Creighton University in 2023 with a degree in psychology. I worked for a year as an assistant preschool teacher at a Montessori school working with kids aged 2.5-7, but I have worked with kids as old as 12. I currently work at Washington University as a research associate in the Psychiatry Department, and our study population is preteen girls. Currently, I have availability throughout the week during the day, evenings, and nights through the first week of August. I also have availability during the weekends, outside of what I have listed. The most amount of children I have babysat at once is 5, but I am most comfortable with the 1-3 range. When I am babysitting, I prefer to get the kids moving and doing something fun! Whether that’s making up a game or playing with toys they already have, they will have my full attention. I have tutored kids in the past, so I can help with homework and get snacks/meals ready for them. I can clean up around the house during my time with them as well. I used to be a lifeguard and I am CPR certified through my employer as well. Please message me if you’re interested in getting to know me better!
