Hi! My name is Merritt :) I am a third-year student at Butler University studying to be a pediatrician and pediatric oncology researcher. I am majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Healthcare Administration. I am part of the Pre-Medical Society, Leading Women of Tomorrow, Butler Automotive Club, and Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity on campus. I love kids, animals, the outdoors, sports, cooking, and crafts. In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and go on adventures with the future service puppy I am raising. I have 7 years of experience with ages ranging from newborn to 14 years old and with multiples (up to 4). I also have experience with infants, children, and teens with special needs. I have completed my EMT training (BLS certification including CPR, First-Aid, and AED), and I am willing to cook, clean, do laundry, run errands, etc. whenever asked. Merritt has been an AMAZING help to my family. As a busy physician, I often get home late and at unpredictable times during the week. Merritt has taken my 11 year-old and 12-year old to their soccer and swim practices so that they can continue their activities despite my schedule. The kids really like her and feel very comfortable with her. I love the peace of mind that Merritt has given us and feel lucky that she is able to help us out.

We found Merritt on Sittercity and will likely never have to search for another pet sitter in the future. She's simply amazing! Not only was she available to watch our two pups with only one week notice, but she also fit in an early visit to meet them and learn their needs. She asked questions about their habits, likes, and dislikes that I didn't even think to share. They seemed to have a wonderful weekend from all the pictures she sent us of them on walks or lounging around the house! We have an 11 year old beagle and 4 month old lab/shepherd, and she was a pro with both! We are so glad we found Merritt and look forward to using her services in the future!
