I am a caring, experienced mother of 3 (all out of the nest now), who moved to Missouri this year from the west coast. I am an English speaking citizen of the US, have reliable transportation, back up transportation, a clean driving record, and no criminal history. Additionally, I have a basic understanding of deaf culture and a working knowledge of Sign Language. I can cook (experience with gluten free, paleo, nightshade free diets), perform light housekeeping duties, chauffeur, run errands, help with homework, read to your children, engage them in arts and crafts, and more. If you're looking for someone to shovel the snow and trim your hedges however, we probably won't be a good fit... I am looking for consistent employment of at least 30 hours a week. I am a light smoker, but do not smoke indoors, in vehicles, or in the immediate presence of those being cared for.
