Tavia watched our kids for 4 days while we were waiting for another nanny to begin working for us. She did an excellent job and our 1 year old daughter was sad to see her leave. Tavia was on time, figured things out for herself, was trustworthy in our home, and had a great attitude. If we hadn't already hired someone for the position, we would have definitely offered it to Tavia.
