I have been babysitting since I was 10 years old. When I started babysitting for people it made feel important, like I was valued and trusted. Every kid that I've ever babysat has asked when I was coming back to play. I've nannied for one family who had a 5 year old son, a 12 year old son and a daughter in high school. My job was to help get the 5 year old son ready for kindergarten by the fall. While I was there I taught the five year old everything he needed to know, took care for 9 dogs, helped the 12 year old with school work, and finally made sure they got their chores done before there parents got home. I work in an assisted living facility right now with elderly people. I have my CPR License, my Insulin License and my Level one Med Aide. I Read more have been taking care of people since I was 16, it gives me joy to know that I can help make a difference in peoples life.
