Hello my name is Bailey Griffin, I have been in the child care industry for about 11 years. I started out as a nanny for two boys during summer break. from there I became an assistant teacher in the infant and toddler classrooms for 2 years, and then working up to the head 4/5 teacher of my own classroom. I have worked in every age group from infant to school agers and everything in between. I have worked at numerous licensed and accredited daycares. I feel that as a nanny/teacher and even a babysitter we are helping children build a foundation and learn new skills that they will use for years to come. On top of the years of experience I have with kids I also have a 3 year old son myself. I love making close connections with the children and families I care for. I am still in Read more close contact with families of kids I taught when I first started 10 years ago. I love mixing play with learning as i find it the best way for children to take in new information, but in a fun and interactive way. As a teacher its your job to make children excited to learn new concepts and i take great pride in my method of teaching. Childcare is my absolute passion but with being a stay at home mom teaching wasn’t in the cards. So to fulfill my love and need for teaching I’d love to extent me services to families in my area in need.
