During college I began child care after classes and full time during the summer. Freshman through Junior year I worked as an assistant teacher with the Goddard School. Ages there ranged from 6 weeks to 5 years. Junior and Senior year I worked as a private babysitter for two separate families, one 13 year old boy, and one 7 year old girl. After school I continued my career working with children, in a different role. As the pandemic changed school for the 2020-21 school year I facilitated a virtual pod helping each student with their work. The 7 students ranged in age from kindergarten to highschool sophomore. I have been both first aid and CPR certified. I love watching kids grow, learn, and helping them do both. What started as a way to get through college has become my passion.
