I have worked at a Montessori pre-school for 36 years. I have taught kindergarten and worked with the pre-school age children also. I love children and bond with them easily.. I direct a play every year which involves many of the children. They learn to have self confidence, perform in front of a large audience and most of all they have fun. It teaches them listening skills, verbal skills, and social skills. I have also ran a summer camp for children ages 6-10. We did a lot of community service projects such as visiting nursing homes, volunteering at the humane society, working at a food pantry and making blankets for infants at a hospital.
