Hi, my name is Casey. I am currently a sophomore at St.Louis University. I am majoring in Biology and Sociology and I intend on going to med school. Some of the things I love to do are play video games, work out, and tutor. I also am attempting to become a coffee connoisseur. I would love to be a sitter because I am really good with kids of all ages and I really enjoy working with kids. In high school I tutored for two years at Kumon Math and Reading Center and there I was able to work with kids as young as preschool and as old as high school. I really loved the experience and I loved working with kids of all ages and assisting them in their school work and after school work. I also was about to work at the St. Louis Public Library in March as Read more an after school tutor (almost a sitter essentially) when the pandemic hit. Additionally, I volunteered at a camp last summer (Camp Barnabas) that is for kids with special needs and was planning on working there over the summer when, once again, the pandemic hit and the camp was cancelled. I keep pursuing jobs that have to do with kids because I have found a passion for it and I even am looking to become a family medicine doctor or a pediatrician when I get older. I feel I am a good candidate for being a sitter not only because I have the ambition and the drive, but also because I genuinely enjoy working with kids. Furthermore, I am good with pets and one of my previous jobs is even being a dog sitter. Moreover, I believe my previous experience tutoring and working with kids has helped make me a good candidate for a sitter. Lastly, I thoroughly enjoy school and I feel my love for school can also be useful if tutoring or homework assistance is ever needed.
