Meet Jacinta

Hi! My name is Jacinta, and I recently graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Louisville. I’m passionate about child development, emotional well-being, and creating safe, supportive environments where children can grow and thrive. I have 5 years of experience working at the Child Development Center on Fort Knox, where I cared for children of various ages while supporting their social, emotional, and developmental needs. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, structure, communication, and compassionate care. Families would describe me as dependable, calm, nurturing, and attentive. I genuinely enjoy building positive connections with children while making sure they feel safe, engaged, and cared for. Whether it’s helping with routines, creative activities, homework, or simply being a supportive presence, I strive to create a warm and trustworthy environment for every family I work with.
