I love kids so much! I currently still have a job back home I work at over breaks at a private jewish daycare working with all age groups and have worked there about 3 years now! I was also a nanny for a family of four kids this summer! Also babysat a one year old and 6 year old traveling to Florida this summer as well! I have been babysitting multiple families for years now and have a strong love for kids!

Natalie is not a reliable babysitter and ended up leaving us in a crisis in a difficult time. First she acted as if she had open availability and wanted a job badly. She seemed a bit spacey but nice enough and said she would do whatever was needed. Then one week in while one of our children was in the hospital with an unexpected medical emergency and we were dealing with a life crisis and still trying to work, she starts asking for days off, calling in sick for shifts that are 2 days out and texting me asking me to find somebody else to work for her because she doesn’t want to look it up herself. She agreed to work shifts and apologized for being self interested and bothering us during a bad time and said she would finish out the 2 weeks she agreed to. Then she starts texting us late at night saying she couldn’t take care of kids because the thought of it made her feel stressed to the point of being sick. We told her this was inappropriate and that being on a child care service as a provider should mean you understand the importance of being reliable and not making things about the nanny vs the children. She then informed us that completing her notice would just not be possible and had no empathy that we needed childcare for our other kiddos for a week while we dealt with our crisis with the other kids without having to find someone else. She is typical of generation Z and the total philosophy of self centered behavior where getting paid for a job is somehow doing the employer a favor for showing up. I don’t recommend and do not think she is a good candidate for children
