I currently work with autistic children with person first techniques and positive reinforcement. I work with clients who are not neurotypical children ranging in ages 3 to 21 years. Having been in health insurance for over 20 years, I am finally making my career change into a field where I truly have found happiness. I am CPR and first aid certified. While I do not have previous experience as a nanny, I do have experience raising two daughters, an 18 year old attending college at Washington University and a 13 year old who is in 8th grade on the honors list. My youngest was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome at the age of 10.
