I’m Elizabeth, a 30 year old woman, who loves children. I am married, and live with my husband and rescue puppy in the Hub (more on animals later). I have about three years paid experience, however, I was raised as child number six out of twelve children and have otherwise been around and helped much experience with children of various ages my whole life. I believe it is very important that parents feel comfortable with whom they leave their children. Therefore, I prefer an in person meetup prior to hire so you can know and be comfortable with who I am as a person before leaving your children with me. In this day and age, leaving your children with a stranger is scary and you can never be too careful, and I take your comfort as parent(s) very seriously. I am a very creative individual, and love to include both creative play through sensory play, games, music, and crafts, and real life experiences such as baking, cooking, and age appropriate house tasks. While I have marked that I love pets, I do have a severe cat allergy that unfortunately keeps me from being able to be in a house with indoor cats. I love a good doggo and would be fine with them being a part of the household. I look forward to meeting your lovely family, but do hold the right to turn down opportunities where I feel that we would not be a good fit from the get go.
