I'm a single lady, in my 50's, & I'm looking for work to support myself. I am a mother of 4 sons, including a set of twins, whom are grown now with their own families! I'm a grandmother to 3 grandchildren & expecting my 4th in May! Besides my personal experience with parenting, I have experience in babysitting for others since I was a teenager. I also had a nanny job for a family who lost the wife/mother & I cared for the man & his 2 sons. I say the man of the house because he & his son were in an accident & he was bedridden for 6 wks. I helped him by administering medications, etc... I cared for his home, cooked breakfast for him & his sons, took his son to school, cleaned, did laundry, prepared main course for their dinner, bought groceries, & kept outdoor areas Read more swept & took trash out. I enjoyed knowing I was helping this family & I was grateful to be the one they chose to help them. Of course I was hired but I was doing what I do best as a caring, compassionate, & responsible lady. I do smoke outdoors, & have intentions of quitting soon. I can discuss this more if necessary. I love children, I'm very responsible, & I'm very patient. I had 3 of my sons within 1 yr...so I know the meaning & importance of being patient!
