I've cared for newborn to 13 years old. Some of my responsibilities included: Providing a loving and caring environment, ensuring children's safety. Provided times for feeding, napping and changing (Potty train older ones, if they are ready), watching for teachable moments, and loving them! Keeping designated service areas neat and clean at all times, keeping accurate records including attendance records and daily notes, planning and conducting activities for children to meet the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of each child, promoting self-expression, creativity, imaginative play, language stimulation, thinking skills, and positive relationship development, establishing and maintaining control and providing for the safety of an assigned group of children, assisting in food preparation and distribution, participating in parent contact and communications as appropriate, while maintaining confidentiality.
