Hi y'all, my name is Shelby Hoover, I am a recent graduate of The University of Pembroke where I majored in criminal justice. In 2010- 2012, I was a gymnastics coach for children aging 2 years old to 16 years old. I have been a regular caregiver/nanny since 2013. I have babysat a few different children ages ranging 7 months to 8 years old. In 2014, I started being a weekend nanny to a little girl who was approximately a year old and I am still her nanny on most Saturday mornings/afternoons. I used to nanny a 7 month old little girl from April 2016 until late September 2016 until they decided to put her into daycare again due to it being cheaper. My certifications, I am CPR certified, as well have been a CNA; however, my certification of NA in NC as expired. I absolutely love being a nanny Read more because it has made me a better person and showed me responsibility, as well. I am hopefully starting my masters degree this fall, I will be studying toward my Masters of Science in Criminal Justice concentrating in behavior analysis. I hope to work with autistic children in the future as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
