I have been a nanny for 8 paid years, with experience working at a local daycare, and mainly have specialized in newborns-infants, as well as special needs and children 10 and under. I have my Infant/Adult CPR/First Aid Certification along with my Safe Sleep Training Certification. I am VACCINATED+BOOSTER. I have a clean driving record and can pass a background check. I am responsible, caring, kindhearted, trustworthy, dependable, and always try with the best of my ability to follow the parents requests and routine, while setting healthy boundaries and caring for the Read more child’s well being in a safe environment. I am comfortable with feeding, transportation, bath, bedtime, and light housekeeping (kid related only). I provide engaging safe care and bring along a lot of playful fun. Whether that be reading time, play time with their toys, play time outside if weather permits, music time and dance, and arts/crafts I do require at least a 3hr minimum sitting for all bookings. Morgan was a great babysitter! She was extremely responsive and professional during the interview process and arrived right on time. She watched our toddler for two nights, after he was asleep, and she was very communicative with us both nights. On the first night, he woke up due to some minor congestion and she was able to easily and quickly soothe him back to sleep. We were in the area on vacation and would definitely consider using her again if we return!

Morgan is on the more expensive end of the spectrum where babysitters are concerned and we have had A LOT of them over the years. She requested $20/hr which I obliged bc I was desperate for Saturday evening coverage. She spent nine hours at my house and my five year old who is typically very friendly and talkative, imaginative and fun, hid out in my room watching tv the entire time she was here. When I called to check in around dinner time. By her own admission (and his), he had been in there the entire time watching tv. The next day, I asked him if him if he liked her and he specifically requested that I not ever have her back again but even if he hadn’t, I would never hire her again. She didn’t engage him, talk to him, play with him, read to him or anything. For $20/hr.
