Personality check-in! I am that effervescent, loving and outgoing person that will soon meet and exceed your childcare needs! Prior to our move to NC, I was privileged to take care of all needs for an infant, starting at 6 weeks old. Her parents worked full time, extended hours, for the hospital and for the family owned dog training business. Baby would be at my home from 430 or 5am until 7 or 8pm, 5 days a week. Baby became part of the family while in my care meaning she ate, slept, played, grew and was loved everyday to foster a healthy and loving environment. Being very inclusive Baby went to yoga and dance classes, learned sign language with me, cheered my kiddos on along the soccer field side lines, or myself and husband from the dugout during our adult softball games. Her parents were highly pleased with the level of care and inclusiveness provided, and until my husband's PCS caused us to move from FL in November of 2021, I would've still been the provider for Baby. With regard to customer service, and/or other professional skillsets, I have over ten years’ experience in office administration and customer service. I have worked for schools, corporate offices, and for the second largest HOA in Northwest Florida. Degree seeking through the University of Alaska Anchorage, aligned me with AA Human Services, a natural fit to my energetic yet level headed approach to my personal and professional lifestyle. I always keep in mind, one cannot excel if the basic necessities are not mastered. I exemplify superior customer service and have a welcoming and courteous disposition. I have some bookkeeping skills using QuickBooks Desktop Edition as well as QB Online, to generate payroll, invoices, purchase orders, and reports. I am very comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe DC and maintain working knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures, as well as of clerical practices and procedures.
