Hello there! My name is Lili and I am currently a preschooler teacher in Chapel Hill, but am looking for something with less hours and more flexibility as I prepare for my first child, due March 2017. Since the beginning of 2016, I've worked with children between 36 and 48 months, and assist with circle time, group (indoor and outdoor) activities, art projects, potty training and teaching hygiene and manners. I routinely come up with lesson plans, projects, and themes. While I am most familiar with three and four year olds, I also have experience as a floater working with children 6 weeks to 5 years, as well as summer camp work with children 6 to 12 years old. I am proficient in feeding, diapering, soothing and entertaining infants and toddlers, and can help older children with reading, writing and homework. I am CPR and First-Aid certified, and my currently Read more finishing my CDA credential. Following my CDA accreditation, I plan to pursue a degree in Education in hopes of becoming an elementary school teacher. I have also taken courses in English and Sociology at UNC . I have a totally healthy and normal pregnancy, and have been cleared by my doctor to work up until my due date (March 27th, 2017). Obviously, I am a non-smoker, and comfortable with large and small pets. I would also be open to petsitting and light housework.
