I've been in the business for roughly ten years and my young spirit knows how to make a bridge from what the children want to what the parents require. I do my best to go above and beyond my call of duties and parents are rarely disappointed. If I can get the children eager for me to come back and the parents to agree, I have done my job correctly. I have watched over all age groups now, assisted in potty training as well as tutoring for many years, and don't mind driving them to and from activities. I pride myself in being able to connect with children where they are and to sway even the children who would rather cling to their parents to come play so their parents can do what they need to do. I am currently going to school at the University of North Carolina - Read more Charlotte for English and Philosophy. I am great with stories and whether your children like to be read to or told stories on the fly, I can do each with ease. I have a wide span of interests from sciences to art and can find something in common with your children. If they need help catching and training Pokemon, I am definitely your sitter. I also know my way around most controllers and game consoles and can get right down to their level whether they prefer dolls, cars, building, cooking, or anything else. I will treat your child as a unique individual and will encourage wonder of this world and a healthy curiosity. I will never indoctrinate nor push beliefs but encourage children to be themselves whatever that means. I will teach respect and humility but encourage fun and silliness at the same time. Childhood is such a beautiful time in one's life and I will make sure that in the future they can recall theirs with smiles.
