My mother ran an in-home NYS licensed daycare for 17 years, so I have always been involved in the care of children from ages 1 month to 15 years of age. I just recently moved to Charlotte from Buffalo NY. I accepted a 5th grade teaching position at Briarwood Academy. I received my bachelors and masters degree from St. Bonaventure University. I love working with children and have been babysitting since the age of 12. I get along well with both girls and boys, raised being the only girl out of 4 children I can relate to both. I also have experience with twins, and triplets. In the summer of 2014 , I babysat for a set of 6-month-old twins. I loved working with this family and am able to use them as a reference. I watched them for a year and a half while going to graduate school. I then accepted the job in Charlotte and made the move in early Aug 2015. I am very energetic and love the outdoors, I promise your children will never be bored. Also the fact that I have background in Education, I am more than willing to work with your children on any skills you wish.
