My name isChaney and I'm the oldest of 4. I grew up helping my mother take care of my little sister's and I've worked in my church's nursery since 2013. I've found that I am my happiest when I am around young children. I adore infants and those under the age of 3. At one point in time I was a live-in nanny for a family member where I helped out with 4 children all under the age of 8, which I enjoyed. I feel that I am the right person for families who aren't just looking for someone to simply "look after" their kid(s), but someone who is willing to invest genuine time and effort in their child by engaging and connecting with them on a personal level. I love interacting with young people and I enjoy spending time with them. While I do not have a problem with Read more "screen-sitting" (families who rely on technology to keep their kids in line and entertained) I feel that the child should be far more engaged with hands on activities. I enjoy getting along with others as well and would like to have a bond with not only the children, but the parents as well, because as someone you're trusting your kids with, a level of understand and trust is important to me. A little about me: I'm a college student and I love to sing and write. I'm also a photographer on the side and slowly developing my own business. I was born and raised in New York City and I've just recently moved back to Charlotte in May from Virginia. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and my three little sisters are my best friends while my mother is the most important person in my life. I'd love to get to know you and your family!
