Hi! My name is Avery, and I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2017 with a major in exercise science and a minor in nutrition. During my college summers, I worked as a camp counselor at a church day care and continued to work there for a few months after graduating. While there, I developed an activity program for the children, as well as choreographed the holiday dance performance utilizing my years of dance and cheer experience in high school. I have experience with a variety of ages and love motivating children to have an active lifestyle. My plans are to move to Charlotte by the end of 2019 and start the next step of my career pursuing a masters in nutrition.
