Hi everyone! My name is Nora & I’m looking for morning hours a few days a week or a family interested in joining a nanny share. My current nanny share is two two year olds but come mid September it will only be one two year old. My availability is M-F 8:30-12 for separate childcare OR 8:30-5:30 joint care with my current family. Joint care can be full or part time, lots of flexibility! This would be for mid October-May. Ideally, the family I find would be in the Cotswold area but again, lots of flexibility. A little about myself; I’m 28 & from Massachusetts. My caregiving style focuses on real life skills and enrichment. We do lots of outings to libraries, playgrounds, discovery place and play dates. I think it’s really important for kids to watch their caretakers & believe that’s how they learn best. I love to have the little ones with me while I prep their meals and do chores, I like to have them pick out their clothes, & I think it’s super important to allow self guided play.
