While working as an educator I was a private tutor for 15 years with an average retention rate of 3-5 years. I love seeing kids love life and school both! I love to watch the lightbulbs turn on and emotions being handled. I love seeing kids happy and energetic. Limited screen times, but quiet times being enjoyed. I love helping kids learn to self regulate their trouble times and also their joyful times. I love helping kids be successful socially and within the family structure. I do not mind household chores and helping kids learn responsibility at the same time.
