My name is Shealeigh and I have 15+ years of childcare experience. I grew up with a mother who was a director for over 20 years in childcare facilities and so caregiving naturally came to me. I started out as a preschool teacher, teaching all age groups. In my early 20s I started nannying for an amazing family when their son was just 6 months old. After 2 years they had their Babygirl and I relocated with them to Florida. I nannied for them for almost 10 years, and it was the most rewarding experience ever. 2 years ago, I moved back to Charlotte and I'm now working at an Adult Day Center which is essentially a Day Care for Adults with Mental and/or Physical Disabilities.
