Summary In performing as a baby nurse/nanny/child care provider, my goal is to provide a safe and happy environment for children where they can learn and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially at their own pace. I accept the philosophy that children learn through play and benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule. Arranging activities that stimulate sensory motor development, language development and social interaction; creating an environment and providing materials to encourage exploration and experimentation; and interacting with children in ways that encourage and respect creative expression.
