I have been baby sitting and working with children since I was 15 years old. I have baby sat children of all ages and I have baby sat as many as 3 children at one time. I began baby sitting because of my love for children. I enjoy spending time with them because they always put a smile on my face. Before every time I babysit I try to find some activities to do with the children. Whether it be arts and crafts, games, outdoor activities, etc., it keeps the children happy and active. While in high school I attended BOCES for Early Childhood Education and got plenty of hands on experience caring for children from infancy to 6 years of age. I worked in a day care as well as an after school teacher’s assistant. I worked with children ages 3-13 at the daycare.
