Hi, I am Ronesha. I am fun, patient, energetic and caring! I really enjoy working and helping children learn and develop. I feel as though, working with children is my passion. I’ve been working in the early childhood field for about four years. I have a year of experience in nannying with a number of references. I have attended community college and plan on getting my degree in early childhood. I currently work for a childcare center in Durham. I have a wide variety of certifications, a background check and trainings that I could provide to you once met. Thanks , Best wishes.

My children and I enjoyed our video interview with Ronesha and were excited for her in-person interview the following day where she came over to tour our home and discuss her rates after hearing our family needs and goals. We list a rate, but we prefer to also negotiate with what a provider can do based on their expertise, educational level, commute factors, etc and are willing to increase as needed if it’s a good fit. We discussed a time after she shared that she was off from her current employer. She did not show. Did not call. Did not respond to calls, text, or follow up messages on the app. The previous day my iPhone messages showed “read” and “delivered”. I noticed when I called on the day she was supposed to come 10/11/2022 my call went straight to voicemail, and my text are undeliverable. I left a voicemail hoping she was ok, and left a text asking her to contact us if she was still interested after I interviewed the additional applicant we spoke about that would assist on my care team. I was hoping to put together a fun team of providers for my in-home family childcare that could assist me with my children as I run a virtual mental health business and have a toddler and exceptional needs school aged kids (ASD/ADHD). Due to her lack of communication and professionalism, I will continue our search for providers. As I want to hire providers that are committed to delivering quality services and that starts with first impressions. If a family intends to offer a paid position with potential to go full-time, w/benefits. That is tailored around your educational and career goals as well as their needs they tend to be one that is invested in your success just as much as that of their children. The least one can do is share that they are no longer interested or available to make it to a in-person interview. I do not recommend this applicant for parents at this time. Especially if you are an entrepreneur and/or single parent like myself. Dependable staff is key to business operations.
