Hello! My name is Cailsen and I am a recent college graduate. My journey in childcare began during my middle school years when I started babysitting for friends and family. This early experience taught me the importance of responsibility and nurturing a safe and engaging environment for children. As a Guest Engagement Host at Marbles Kids Museum, I helped children and their families engage with different exhibits. This role required me to be adaptable, patient, and creative in my approach to education and recreation, ensuring that each child's curiosity was nurtured in a fun and interactive way. My time as a camp counselor at Victory Junction, a camp dedicated to children with medical conditions, further enriched my understanding of the unique needs of children facing various challenges. This role taught me compassion, resilience, and the power of creating a supportive environment that encourages growth and self-confidence.
