Caring for children has always been a passion, I've been caring for children for over 20+years. it's what I love doing it takes a very special person to do this kind of job, it takes patience love understanding ,care ,understanding you must be a giver and sometime you have to be a receiver meaning sometimes a child needs someone to give them their undivided attention listen you must be a listener a peacemaker honesty you must be an honest person kind-hearted none judgmental you must be able to laugh at yourself be able to get down on a child's level, meaning if a child wants to lay down on the floor you must be able to do that and it is such a great joy to be able to learn from a child even though you're an adult you're never too old to learn.
