I am Ernita Allen a mother of three children ages 9, 4, and 1. I graduated high school here in Greensboro NC from Walter Hines Page high school studying Early Childhood Education. I have experience working with Aces program at two different Elementary as well as two different Daycares & a Summer camp. While working at these facilities I worked with infants, toddlers, and school age children. I even have experience working with artistic kids. I have attended to Ashford University online studying Early Childhood Ed to receive my Associates Degree. Working with children have always been my first love and I feel the most significant caregiver qualification is having a compassionate heart. Being a caregiver you have to be respectful, cheerful, empathetic and have plenty of patients. Having patients to me means everything especially when being a caregiver. You have to be aware and able to understand your clients needs. I am capable of how to manage day to day responsibilities as well as following lesson plans. I am also aware of the importance of home safety in the ability to function well in a home setting.
