Hello parents and families! I’m located in Yorba linda but I can’t change my address lol so I am local! My name is Savannah and I have been working with children since I was 13. I started out babysitting at 13 and volunteering with my church. From there I got my first full time job at my church's childcare. Here I had my own class where I had taught bible stories to kids, cared for children while their parents were out in service or attending something. This job was such a blessing where it allowed me to grow with each family and child and have such a great connection with each of them! Between this time, I had worked at several restaurants as well. In December 2018 I had got the position at KinderCare Learning Center being the Lead TK teacher there. I was also a co teacher in preschool Read more class, and lead teacher in the Toddler/infant class for a year. Being the lead teacher in those positions really allowed me to learn with the kids and help me understand them more. Here I was able to connect with each individual family and work alongside them to help their child grow. I was at this job until July of 2020. In August of 2020, I had got my full-time live-in nanny job. Here I had started off with two children in my care and in February of 2021, the family had started to foster a newborn had 2 years old. A year and a couple months later, she is still here, so that makes it three children now. Here at the house, I am in charge of household chores and keeping up with children's laundry and tidying up the place when needed and making meals for children. I do preschool learning activities and workbooks with all three children, along with flash cards and sight words. Helping the children grow and learn is so important but also making sure they are having fun with it as well. I know this is long but thank you so much for sticking in and reading to the end.
