Hello families ! My name is Madi ,and Im a 27 years old mom to a sweet and an amazing 3 years old.Before becoming a parent I have worked with children with ages from 0 to 12 years old ,and have been doing that for a bit over 9 years now ,this included being a nanny ,mommy helper ,babysitter and Aupair .I have worked as an Aupair (live in nanny ) for 2 years with an amazing family ,taking care of 3 children , the youngest being 3 months old and the oldest 5 years old .I have mostly experience with young children and infants , but I like working with different ages groups .I grew up in Spain , and Im open to speaking Spanish to the children , if that's something the parents are interested in .Im looking mostly for full time /part time long term agreements ,and Read more either in home or my home care , alongside my 3 years old on the days he is not at school . I would love to work with a family that values the most a caregiver that is caring and wants to have a positive impact on their children and being involved on the skills and values they might learn and develop for their future . I consider myself kind and detail oriented and very respectful of other peoples values , rules and methods they might have established in their homes . I also consider that communication and clear indications/expectations are very important for a successful caregiver-parents relationship .
