Mary cares for my son in the same way I would and I don't think you can ask for anything better than that! She showed up on time, was flexible if I needed her to be, and took care of things like his laundry. She always picked up after him and kept the house clean which was just perfect! Who wants to come home to a messy house? She was always willing to handle any special requests that we had like keeping certain notes of his schedule, feeding certain foods, or administering medication when sick. And she was great to talk to if I needed advice or just another opinion regarding his development. I really have enjoyed having Mary take care of our son (from age 3 months to 15 months) and will truly miss her as a nanny. The only reason we no longer need her is because I'm choosing to stay at home. Mary is like family!
