Catherine worked for us as a nanny for 2 months. Catherine would make a good babysitter, she made sure our daughter was watched and safe. As far as what we expect from a nanny, based on our experience with our first nanny - we didn't feel Catherine went above and beyond what a typical babysitter does. It seemed like there was not the same passion for watching children hit milestones or keeping our daughter engaged. We'd hoped for someone who took a more active role in seeing our daughter develop and learn, but that was not our experience. Our daughter was cared for just fine, but not at the same level as a career nanny. Catherine resigned suddenly at 2 months for personal reasons.
