Meet Kelsey

My name is Kelsey and I am a Charlotte native. I currently live north of the city with my husband, daughter and three furry babies. I have worked with children most of my life. I started around age 7 when I became a big sister. I babysat through my teen years and nannied for several families during college while studying Early Childhood and Family Development. I ended up working the the corporate world in my 20's but I continued working with children. I led a Girl Scout troop for two years and volunteered with the youth group at my church. In 2004 I became a mom to my amazing daughter. I have had the privilege of being a full-time mom to her since she was a toddler. During her school years, I taught preschool for 6 years, volunteered in the preschool child watch at church, led a practicum group of Read more middle schoolers. Most recently I nannied for a family from 2020-2021. I have such a special place in my heart for children of all ages and stages. I am fun, engaging, creative, loving, encouraging, tidy and responsible.
