My family and I are new to NC, having moved here from Alaska in June 2015. My husband is in the NC Air National Guard and we have 4 children, ages 10, 12, 13, 20. I have worked previously at a Head Start Preschool and the last 3 years as a Kindergarten Teachers Assistant in a Spanish/English classroom. (I do not speak fluent Spanish...only Kindergarten Spanish). As a family, we feel that school is very important and our children's grades and accomplishments reflect this. I can be of great help where homework is concerned. We believe in children getting outside to play and eating relatively healthy. I have very reliable transportation, and if at all possible, would prefer to bring your child to my home so I can still be available for my children. I can transport home at days end. If they are school age children, and you need Read more light housekeeping done, I can help with that prior to picking up your children from school/bus stop. Your children will enjoy spending time with mine. We have tether ball set up, a gated in ground pool, and 3 acres for the kids to have fun.
