I have always been drawn to children, childcare, and teaching, in one way or another. I have experience teaching dance and swimming, from infancy through adulthood. I was a school photographer for a couple years before attending graduate school out of state. Upon my return to NC, I nannied and homeschooled my friends' children for the first year and a half of COVID. I also have a degree in psychology, with specific study in the areas of early learning and cognitive development. I have current certifications in first aid/CPR, AED, lifeguarding, and water safety instruction.
