I hired Brooke as my nanny for my three kids while I work. We were in contact for about three weeks. Her start date was yesterday and she was supposed to be here at noon. I confirmed with her the night before. Brooke never showed up and never replied after multiple attempts to contact her via her phone and the Sittercity app. It cost me a day of work and a less than professional call to my boss for calling out at the last minute. I would usually worry that maybe something had happened but since I am not the only parent who has had the same issue with her, it seems habitual. The level of disrespect and disregard for the job she claims to love is disgusting and unacceptable. If she’s that careless with parents schedules, then I can’t imagine the lack of care that would be provided for our children. Do yourself a favor, don’t hire or trust her with your children. She should be removed from this site immediately.

Brooke contacted me yesterday to watch my kids last night. I arranged a meet and greet and she said she'd be there in 20 mins. She did not show up. Hopefully everything is ok with Brooke but she was a no show and chose not to communicate with me.
