I have been a lead toddler teacher almost right out of high school for a year and a half and was a floater for about 2. I was a nanny for one family for a year and a half as well. I am fun, caring, nurturing, loving, excitable and creative. I believe in meeting children where they are in order for their developmental milestones to be successful. I believe in creating scenarios and challenges that are achievable, yet not out of reach. I prefer more natural ways of learning, hands-on learning and developing through the senses. I have experience with autism and special-needs children. Children speak even if not through words; it's our job as the adult to learn how to listen. Children are curious, headstrong, and brave. I can provide the skills and tools needed to learn a sense of self, problem solve, create, evolve and be confident.
